Terms and Conditions
There are some strict rules about the use of this site, there have to be with dealing with hundreds of orders from different people at once
- Payment is required on acceptance of quote. If payment is not received within 24 hours of this, we will cancel your order. As you would understand, we can only provide such great pricing if we are not paying someone to chase payments all over NZ! Payment can be made by direct credit or credit card. The former is preferred, and if you are online now, it is likely that you will have mastered the art of paying via Internet Banking. Our banking details will be on your quotation.
- Your artwork must be print ready and supplied as a high resolution PDF. If you don’t have a designer, we can do the design work for you. If you don’t understand the term “bleed” and the design ramifications involved, you need a designer.
- Material will be printed in 7 working days from receiving your finished artwork. If you need it earlier, let us know, we may be able to do it faster but this will need to be factored into the quote.
- All prices exclude GST and freight. Both are included on the written quote form you receive, unless otherwise stated.
- We must receive your acceptance back either via email or in a fax. Our fax number is 09 438 5551.
- If we find that we are sending a large number of print quotes to the same person with no feedback or result, we will stop quoting. If you like our prices, our service, the cut of our jib, support us.
- Quotes are valid for the time stated on the quote sheet. Due to changes in paper prices, exchange rates and petrol prices, we may not stand by old print prices past this time
- We will print faithfully to the artwork that is sent to us. We do not proof read, this is your job! If there are special colours, alert us at the time of quoting and also when the artwork is sent.
- Artwork is to be sent to rex@whangareiprint.co.nz, it must be a high resolution PDF, and it must be in the dimensions quoted. We recommend using a proper designer, as this will save a lot of potential problems in the long run and probably give you a much better result. DIY design is not always a good thing!
- No bromides or proofs will be provided, logistics does not allow this on a web portal. If you are concerned about the finish, post us a sample before we print.
We guarantee to provide you with a faithful reproduction of your work, to the size and quantities you ordered. Despite the great prices, there is no compromise on paper quality, inks or machinery used in the production of your work.
